This podcast is concerned with the redistribution of resources.  An industrialized group (who can be equated to a developed nation) use their resources to create weapons of war.  But after a plea from a poor neighboring community for aid, the industrialized group uses its weapons to deliver first age packages.  By the end of the movie, this developed community has transferred it's resources into the production of health care related items and is no longer producing weapons of war.
